Ah, ha! Help is at hand :)
I had this happen a fair bit too. The trick is not to take the second tear-off bar
too close to the pictures/text of the first at first.
Ie: if you have the navigation bars set to small and on the top line, and want the
location bar on the same line to its right (as I have) then take the navigation bar
onto the same line but leave plenty of space between the last nav button and the
location tear-off. Save your prefs then move the location bar closer to the icons.
keep moving it closer ntil it is how you want it, this should solve the problem!
(Dont forget to resave)
I have also found that with the fastlinks tear-off, if you have it vertically down
your screen and the number of entries are too great for the height of the window the
program will crash. To get over this, close one of the other tear-offs so the
fastlinks have enough space to display, then change the settings back to horizontal
again.
