Heh, heh.  This one is even easier!
Simply right (hold) click on the fastlink bar (just to the side of the move bar 
thingy) and un-tick the fastlink word.  This will get rid of the fastlink bar.  Then 
just save your prefs.

Voila!

P.S.  If you tend to have more than one Voyager window pop-up you will need to do this 
for each of them 'cause they can each have their own settings! (Which I think is 
brilliant btw) :)
