You're kidding right. :)
Last time I looked at Freeserve they were one of the most expensive options
around, and for the money didn't offer anything special. A domain name can be
bought from anyone then transfered at any time. A (.co.uk) domain name can be
bought for as little as a fiver or even less, try http://www.uk2.net
If you're prepared to pay the extra and want really rock solid performance,
take a look at the various packages Demon offer, http://www.demon.net
