The Vdisk manual says that the maximum size for trouble free service is 1/4
of fastram and that the HighCyl value should be an odd number.
I had sd0: set up around the same size as ram and with an even number for
HighC yl.
Statram worked like this under 68020 and 68030, but not under 68040 so it
might have something to do with the 040 chip.
Edited to fit in with the Vdisk intructions, sd0 is again surviving soft
reboots.
