I have no problem downloading newsgroups, but when I try to post to a
newsgroup i get "shiva.ukisp.net Dnews version 4.6J, S0, posting disabled".
Is there something wrong at my end, or is my ISP at fault.
Can anyone suggest a remailer which works, as the ones I've tried so far
have been no use. (I also tried www.cotse.com, but all the newsgroups I've
tried to post to have been blocked.) I don't care whether the message is
anonymous or not (although seeing some of the weirdos who populate the
newsgroups, maybe that's a good idea!), I just want to be able to post news!
