Sorry - we bought the program from Active Technologies entering into a
legally binding contract in which they legally had to provide the fix.
Active Technologies did not. NB: It is up to Active Technologies who
they subcontract work to (eg: vapor or Olli), but at the end of the
day Active did, and still do, have the legal responsibility for NC2
and NC3 (unless you buy NC3 from Eyetech then it is they who have the
responsibility).
So *ahem* please revise this code.

Sorry - I'm not interested - Active Technologies had the
responsibility (and it looks like allegedly have even run off with
someone's money - see another post someone else wrote).

Exactly - Chris W. is on this list but failed to respond when his
company had a legal obligation to do so. Nuff said.
