I agree, putting aside the fact that people may feel very agrieved or
hard done by, there is no real excuse for this type of behaviour, its
easy to be agressive and insulting by email but would people behave
the same in a face to face situation? By all means air your grievances
but be constructive and positive not down right rude. To be honest I
rarely fully read, if at all, postings that go down that path.
