I think all this is already taken "as read", I certainly haven't read
anything offensive on this list.

I don't know where you get your information from but it's wrong.
It is the retailers responsibility in law.
The bug fix did not happen within one day of the matter being raised
directly, I personally raised the issue directly a number of days
before this appeared on the list and I believe others did as well.

Where did you see a personal attack on Chris Wiles? Everything I have
seen posted has been relevent and about the product and support, or
lack of it. FYI Active have not been responding to e-mail on this list
or their business address for a lot longer than several weeks.

This bit I just don't get at all. Your using a fully threaded mail
program with a mail download manager. Why do you download threads you
don't want to read? I would have thought that this is the whole
purpose of having a mail download manager. Sounds to me a bit like
ordering a meal you know you don't like and then complaining when you
get it ;-))
