Something people don't consider is target income devided by income per job =
how many jobs needed over what period of time.

If you want 10k a year that's 500 customers or 10 a week. 

That's not just doing the job, it is attracting the customers, dealing with
their crap (the work is the least of it) and doing invoices and statements
and chasing them. Imagine keeping tabs on, and chasing 20 bills often over
three months.
