Eyetech are indeed a great company, on many years when they were at WOA,
they kindly allowed me to reserve stuff over the phone the day before, and
also they took my requests for what I wanted to buy from them at WOA '99.
They do know there stuff, and their after sales support is extremely good.
But all Amiga companies are damned respectable, well in most cases... I
have never had a problem with Amiga mail order; it's just one of those
everyday things Amiga users do. Mention mail order to most PC owners and
they dread the thought of sending money etc. to companies. There are
advantages of being in a small computer market! :-)
