Not as many as from general spam bombing on icq. However in a  week  I
have had two hotmail and one alladvantge account closed. Another had a
hotmail adddress faked, but the original source (a university) was  in
the header. I'm still waiting to hear back about that one.

It is worth taking the trouble to complain to abuse@.
