1) Start up OctopusPrefs.
2) Select your Internet Dock.
3) Double click on the offending program in the Icon Bar.
4) Select the Advanced Settings tab from the Icon Window.
5) Edit the stack. You can also set the programs priority, and
whether it takes icon tooltypes as parameters from this screen,
as well as a number of others.
