The original poster failed to mention what system hacks, if any, are in use.

Contact Manager is good, and the way to keep it sweet is use the 'Save As', to make
regular backups of your data. That way if anything coughs you have a fall-back. I've
not
lost anything in months.
Having now praised it, it will probably have a fit fit next time I use it. (-8
