Left clicking on the link downloads the file to the cache as
VViewtemp.xx, most useful for when you want to view / dearchive the
file straight away which is what'll happen if you've set up your MIME
types correctly.
Right clicking on the link and selecting "Download
file" from the popup menu downloads the file and saves it in the
specified download directory. You can also do this by holding shift
while left clicking on the link. The download directory is specified
in Settings| General settings | Hyperlinks | Download to:
Useful for not running the file automatically and saving it for later.
Right clicking on the link and selecting "Download file as" lets you
change the path and filename before downloading.
