yes I have exactly the same problems. yet I can download mail from my
demon pop3 account while connected through redhotant but cannot send
mail as the demon pop3 server wants the hostname. with a pop3 account
set up through redhotant I have exactly the same problems you are
having. As yet I havn't been able to get through to the support line I
went for the �30 job with dail in at local rates for the support line
. If I had gone for the �10 option it would have cost me a quid just
to go through the voicemail system.
