It is almost certainly the modem that does it, not Genesis. Genesis is,
quite sensibly, logging of after modem hangs up.

Check quality of phne line installation and don't use a modem to phone jack
longer than one metre.

Since the judges ruling went against MS, using crap MS conventions like html
in email is now illegal. Sending of html should be fought as much as spam.
