Added information: with right clicking you also get an option to
download as. This gives you a requester to where you want to save the
file, so you can directly save it to any place on your harddrive, if
you prefer that. Right-click over the link naming the file, select
download link as, select where to put it from the filerequester, and
it will be downloaded to that place.
