Use your ISP's one. It's probably time@yourISP. Or if you need an IP
address, check your ISP's services with Netinfo

Or use the use the ms per M years of any of these atomic clocks:

time-A.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov
time-B.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov
time-a.nist.gov
time-b.nist.gov
utcnist.colorado.edu
time.nist.gov
time-nw.nist.gov
utcnist1.reston.mci.net
nist1.datum.com
