Not had this problem, but out of curiosity had a look in Voyager settings.
There is a certificates page with options boxes checkmarked. The page is
headed "Installed Security certificates"
Here everything except TLS was checked (tls is now!)
An unchecked box could mean that the certificate is not stored. In other
words: 'unable to get local issuer certificate'
