I do not know for sure why this is. I used to get this problem with
some of the early versions of V3.  I found simply doing a clean
re-install of the package and totally clearing the cache directory (by
manually deleting the content) would usually cure it.

When you installed V3.3.120, did you do so into a clean unused
directory? Not over some other version? And, I suppose you'd better
check you have a Certificates directory in the Voyager directory with
all the certs in. Also check your prefs in the Certificates section to
see if they're all Active, and that the SSL protocols are enabled.

The only other thing I can think of is there's some weirdness with the
actual SSL module in Plugins. Doing an About: in voyager reveals my
(working) setup to have voyager_ssl.vlib 8.8 (7.10.2001).
