Okay, thanks for replying in public as well as private Chris.
'Genesis is no more'? Where on earth did this come from? Are you now
my/Vapor's spokesperson, simply as you have become a Vapor 'tester'?
Erm I didn't say it had *anything* to do with Vapor, I didn't mention
Vapor I just heard it on the net, IRC to be exact.
Genesis is is not, and never has been, a Vapor product and the
copyright lies with ourselves, Active Technologies. So, therefore,
the future is decided by us. Genesis was only sold via the Vapor
scheme (as well as direct from Active and other distributors) as it
offered further scope for the product.
Why are you telling anybody this? Do I care about who owns the
copyright, does it relate to the original statement aboput who is
selling it? no no no. The statement was about what was going on
with the software!
I am quite angry with the comment that 'it's been killed' and is 'no
more' as it is absolutely not your position to either a) make those
comments and b) you are no spokesperson for Vapor nor Active
Technologies. I will decide if and how to take further action, where
 necessary.
As I said in private - I'm not claiming tobe a spokes person, I did
say it was anything assocatiated with Active Tech. and so people
readin it can make their own decision wether to believe or wait for an
offical statement. The readme placed onthe ftp server will have made
people ask questions about what is going on and not just my recent
post.
So, what is the future of Genesis? Right now the future is a little
uncertain, but it isn't absolutely dead - the original programmer
moved on and took up a position at Hewlett Packard, a while ago.
Right now there are talks about selling the Genesis name/technology
to another company, simply so it can be continued. One key area is
that if/when any updates are made to Genesis, by this company, then
the updates will support both existing Genesis keyfile holders and,
of course, NetConnect users. That would be part of the deal.

News about this ongoing effort will be published within the next few
weeks, as soon as further news is available.
I love you too Chris x X x
