1. Bloody difficult, you really need the ntl cd and a PC to create the
account and get you user name, password and email address afaik. But once
you have these connecting with an Amiga is easy.
2. The call you make is to an 0800 number, so you are not billed
3. Yes it cuts off but you simply dial in again.
4. Speed is good and line drops are rare, although the login can be
temperamental, sometimes refusing to accept user/pass(Using miami) but
usually works at second attempt.
