There's definitely a regional aspect.
Having spoken to Andy Sillwood at internet-support.net (the peeps who
run RHA, F4A etc) it appears certain regions just don't have any luck.
I've spent absolutely ages trying to dial into free4all to change
websites and it's only when I try at around 3 O'Clock Sunday-Monday
morning that it lets me connect while others I know connect nearly
every time.
