According to L.Harwood, there's something good going on and it's
something to do with [netconnect] Re: Redhotant bashing.

Patience isn't always enough. Unless I go online at ridiculously
off-peak times, I just /can't/ connect - possibly due to the telephone
exchange where I live. No matter how long I wait I know it isn't going
to connect. It's people in situations like this that are complaining.

It's a bit of a NIMBY situation.
