[ND] ND allowing FORM tag modification (Was: [ND] how to load a new fr ameset in "_top" from a button click in a specific frame?)

        ND4 does allow you to append things to the <FORM..> tag thru studio.
You can set the ExtraHtml property of the Page itself.
