We are experiencing the following problem during ND3 to ND4 conversion.
In one of our user offices, two users signed on with different user ids and both were
entering forms for submitting. And one user saw the information entered by the other
on her form.
In other offices, similar things happened. But the people there were not sure where
the information came from.
We didn't have this problem when we were using ND3. I found technote #689 (Mixed
user information when using HTML frameset), which says that end users may see half
of the information was their's but half was somebody else's. This is caused by bad
HTTP proxy returning a cached html page which is someone else's session. We don't
use frameset in our project. However, I see ND class CSpHtmlFrameset in our *.ser
files. I don't know what does this mean.
Please reply if you have any experience or idea about it.
