I disaggree. This attacks can be prevented with proper crypto. If the
addresses are public crypto keys are hashes of them, they cannot be spoofed.
However for good robustness, you need to do more than this (e.g. even if
routing itself is secure, the attacker might just drop packets he should
forward).
