Could be, I wouldn't know. Here, the link in the Iconbar article leads
to a blank page, so I downloaded the Bitstream Cyberbit font at
http://aol-4.vo.llnwd.net/pub/communicator/extras/fonts/windows/Cyberbit.ZIP
(zip 6,427,108 bytes, unpacked /ttf 13,353,848 bytes)

Looking now at the BBC Chinese front page, NetSurf r12505 occupies 4.6MB
+ 13.4MB in the DA. The machine has 91MB free. No problem, I think.
