Dana:
Why was it necessary to make two passes? I've configured ALL of my
newsgroups NOT to automatically download new messages. When I DO want
new messages, I do F3, selection B, "order" new messages for the
newsgroups I wish to see, ESC twice, F6, and option E. Net-Tamer goes
online and gets everything I need in one pass -- no sweat, no muss, no
fuss. The only reason I can imagine for having to do two passes is if
you download a subject list for each newsgroup first, go to the
trouble of marking messages you want to read from the list, and then
go back online to get those messages.
