IIMT Radio 90.4 FM (Community Radio) at Meerut (NCR) is one of the few FM stations which use FOSS for their production and post production.
As its Director Mr. Braham Prakash Yadav told us, the focus is on 100% FOSS based community radio station. This is a very focused requirement and he is looking for FOSS Radio automation system/studio which can replace the non-free version. Googling helped him know about 'VANYA' community radio of Madhya Pradesh Adiwasi Women, but he has not been able to find proper FOSS tools beyond Audacity and Avidemux. He also wants to help VANYA and the like to do better with FOSS. Can we help him get properly tested FOSS products for his specific needs? Regards, MS
