Err. I am all for personal interventions whenever neccessary. Including 
jumping on the DE's table - he public servant you know. However in the case 
of BSNL / MTNL, the site works perfectly well with ff on Debian.
So it's not preventing non M$ users from accessing facilities.
And your grouse was not about the above, but how you are having problems with 
BSNL billing, not really a FOSSCOM intervention area.

Aha. I get it. BSNL starts recommending linux. Considering that (afaik) they 
are not recommending anything, why should they start doing so now.
