While I understand the background and reasoning for this addition, imho it separates 'students' from other people. Just as in education, the meaning of the term is somewhat different in conventional understanding than what we might mean here. For instance, I am sure we do not intend to differentiate between school/college-going students, and say, someone who is able to learn from online tutorials at a cybercafe, whether or not enrolled in a formal education system. Secondly, the word "commitment" used this way smacks somewhat semantically of compulsion, I fear. How about "Specific environments to encourage the creative contribution of all learning persons to FOSS"? -- Vickram http://communicall.wordpress.com _______________________________________________ network mailing list [email protected] http://lists.fosscom.in/listinfo.cgi/network-fosscom.in
