The terminology used depends wholly on the context and audience. Also the 
terms apply to FLOSS processes breaking down obstacles in IT usage - biz 
hardsell. If however one is trying to induct non IT players into the FLOSS 
process a different terminology should be most useful.

That is because of the infinite permutations and combinations of the real 
world, everyone of which provide both opportunity and threat. The anarchy and 
rebellion is the effect, and would be present anyway. When things are open, 
latency between cause and effect is very low and those entrenched cant 
distinguish the two.
