As per guidelines of the ISO, standards containing stolen / 
undisclosed patents cannot be considered a standard and if someone 
recommends the standard will be put up for withdrawal. 
But... M$ being a nematode have jumped the gun and recommended 
withdrawal of ODF 1.0 because there is no complete implementation.
