When Rahul Gandhi is walking with Bill Gates in a bank and introduces
him to the bank staff as ' the man who is behind the software you use
in the bank', we have NO HOPE from Indian Congress Party led
Governments whatsoever about any advancement of FOSS.

IMHO, the time has come when we must fight in UNESCO to make FOSS a de
jure and de facto in education of all member nations.

If we want to 'make them understand' , 'encourage' or 'inspire' with
freedom walks and blah blah, they are accustomed to the 'delegations'.

School OS is one nice move and we all must do our bit to put it
forward. For the critics of School OS, lets consider it step 0.01 :)
