Please end this off-topic discussion about labour laws. (And Mani, it doesn't mean to start a new thread on the same topic.)
There are pleny of other forums to discuss labour laws/exploitation and what
not.
FOSSCOM is about software/licenses and getting the govt. to support/adopt them.
And just adding/prefixing "FOSS and" to any topic doesn't make it on topic
for this list. Eg. "FOSS and Sabzi Mandi" doesn't mean we can start
and endless discussion on inflated vegetable prices.
