However, we are not only discussing here legal action to get policy
enforced, I hope we are discussing how to put a stop to a project that is
tainted in every respect, from its conception to its execution. I hope that
we don't think our democracy is already so weakened that ordinary citizens
like us have no recourse other than the courts.
