Very easy to learn. Runs on all platforms. On Linux you may find
community version doing most of things except polyline and facility to
"script".

Paid version is there which has very reasonable rate.

Its demo version's session work for 10 minutes, so very irritating to work.

The community version is fine for normal work. One must be knowing hat
it is 2D product. Interface which very good, and similar to old
AutoCAD version.

For 2D other option is Cademia.
