set of licences ranging from non-free to free to copyleft.

NMEICT statutes that documentation *must* be in a free software license.
Secondly, a very perfect padagogy has been followed in that a
subject/ software is devided into tutorials which are not bigger
than 10 or 12 minutes at the most.
The tutorials are properly linked and cover one and only one topic
with complete focus in a single tutorial.
