Precisely you said the IMP hurdle on NC. one has consult to lawyer. See CC-World is (AFAIK) designed by lawyers. It is a Lawyer's viewpoint. It is not designed by the person who create content. collect some person who create video tutorials and always want to share the contents. Ask them to write the licence of distribution.
