 If people in CC community dislike it they can get teh license removed
but it still exists because Content creators like it.

 Please spend some time with content creators and you will realize how
much they love the NC clause. Infact this license is very close to how
content creators think. Given the fact that 99% of content creators
wont let you share the content, this license is a success in making
such people share content.
 Just because you have an opinion things wont work out. Either try to
change the mentality of content creators or accept the NC clause.

 So where is the access restricted? The link I pointed earlier clearly
states how Corporates can get access to the content. Just that any RAM
RAHIM ROBERT is not allowed to distribute it blindly.
