I'm not holding a candle for M$. Nevertheless, the ensuing logic/practice is acceptable. Not really. Please remember this is a free service given by a company. You are free to choose any other service if you do not like this one. All such services have a fair and reasonable use/ purpose clause and also say that they can bar content that they think is harmful/illegal.
