Note that Android is a best example of what people call as "Open Source
Software ".
Not all of the code is free and most android community does not even
mind it.
Infact I don't know if such event should even come within the rel of
free software, unless the entire OS and every thing else around it is free.

Android is not our ideal Free Software project, but large parts of it
is Free Software and having Indian language support in Android is good
for Free Software. But yes, the focus of this workshop is not Free
Software. Though ideally I would like Free Software community's
efforts focused on more community oriented projects like Firefox OS.
