Absolutely. This could be qualified as a crime (between celebrity and the offender), something, which can be redressed through courts. On the question of maintaining "privacy of information", I think it would be good if we confined ourselves to "loss of private information" from public domains and discussed or devised means on how to overcome such losses. And more so, if such appropriation of information is against the spirit of the constitution. If a corporate X steals information of corporate Y, it is more of a private matter, I don't think the issue need to be taken up by us. If we do take up the matter, I believe, its an act that subsidises corporates (non-X corporates who rely on X). _______________________________________________ network mailing list [email protected] http://lists.fosscom.in/listinfo.cgi/network-fosscom.in
