If this were the proposal on the table I'd vote YES.  It's a 
no-brainer; choice is good.  Another benefit would be that the two 
implemenations could be easily compared on the same platform.

Question: is the ISC DHCP server zone "friendly"?  IOW can it run in 
a non global zone.

[1] similar to how the ksh93 integration project is being implemented.
