We won't. Today we actually we assume that all driver will be able to do 
checksums on both non-tagged and VLAN-tagged frames, as long as it claims 
the HW checksum support.

Since it proves that the additional amendment is not related to UV, and 
there should be more thought put on the HW checksum support in general, I am 
going to drop this change, and keep the fast-track as it was.
