We are using original firmware came with Box. Do I have to update
firmware to support new Sun IB cards.
BTW, Mellanox cards were working fine with RHEL 4 ?? Do I need login
to access CISCO sites??

What is the make and model number of the switch that you are using?
By the way, switches with built-in Subnet Managers that are running
reasonably recent versions will automatically create the "broadcast"
group for the FFFF partition. If you are using the OFED Subnet Manager
running on a Linux server, it should also create the group for the FFFF
partition. In all cases, if that is not happening automatically, there
are commands through the management interface for the Subnet Manager
that can be used to setup the "broadcast" group.

Is it something wrong with my Switch configuration ??? Ple help to
