The design doc(s) should be in the ARC folder. If it isn't, *that's* a bug. As for code-reviews, I have pointers to webrevs for code-reviews, and perhaps the tref-discuss archives are still there. I told Jim I was okay losing the page, because all of what's there can be reconstituted if people want to see it. It sounds to me, Garrett, like you've made the best possible argument for an "archives" directory in which all of these can land.
