Is there an aggregation created over qlge0? It seems that DL_BIND_REQ
returns with EBUSY.
There must be a stray /etc/hostname.* file for one of the underlying
links in the aggregation...
And perhaps this aggregation shouldn't be there at all, but was
accidentally created persistently by the test suite instead of
temporarily (with -t)...
NICDRV has lots of warts in this regard. I've seen a lot of failures
come from bugs in the test scripts.
