[newbie] Anyon install 6 ver 5.3 using upgrade?

Hi just wondering if anyone has downloaded the 6 iso and used the 
ugrade method to install over 5.3? Have 3 hours left on the 6 iso and 
not sure whether I should upgrade or just do a clean install. Thx.
